Yes, and before I even knew what was happening. One of the guys is a solid speedster (31:30 10k) So the pace for him was easy, but afterward he even commented that pace was a bit too much for a recovery run.

You would be surprised. From what I understand, if the form is correct, then extra pounds are not an issue. If anything, they would keep your form in check so that you dont land too hard

:) thanks all. Felt good to be out again. Rest day today just in case. I hate these baby steps. But I'll tell ya, between the hill repeats(4) and the walking lunges at the end, I am feeling it today. Whoops forgot to mention that.
