    I think I talked my friends ear off. Her slower pace felt good but my knee felt a little wonky towards the end. Looking forward to some foam rolling later.

      How much do you drink before? (when you do) I'm still laid up here. ugh....I probably will do very little as we leave for Italy in three weeks. Don't wanna mess that up!

    It didn't seem quite as dark this morning. Cool & lovely except for the herd of gnats that I ran through. With my chapstick on. Disgusting.

      Oh wow...bugs stuck to your lips? UGH! I always hate it when I don't see them and get one up my nose...bad enough in the mouth!

      And you're a smart gal....you know the days are getting short, so you should be getting darker runs. Providing all things equal with weather of course. :-)

      Good pace btw. I'm on the sidelines, but at least the leg is getting better. If I behave I think it'll be good by next week. Just not so sure when to resume running. We do have our trip at the end of the month.
