ohgeez. take care Josh- my physio therapist had fairly extensive back surgery and he says it was the best thing he could have done for himself- I am sure the process of it was pretty difficult, but he's back to running, swimming, biking, snowboarding, surfing etc- pretty much everything he did before. The journey will be tough I'm sure, but the end result will be worth it.

We are in Monument Beach, between the Bourne Bridge and Falmouth. I'm not all that familiar with that area. Sorry. There are loads of cute B and B's around the cape if that's the speed you are going for. My wife and I stayed in a really CUTE one in Sandwich when we got married,

I like those kinds, too. You can take any route you want. See something new. Sometimes, running an errand with the wife, I'll take my gear and have her drop me off 7-8 miles from home and say "see you in and hour or so".

But you know what...come race day, you strap on those shoes and you give it your all. That is all we can expect ourselves of anything. Great job Dr G! Well done. See you in 3 weeks.
