Did some speedwork around the HS track. Speed on the long side of the track, slow on the turns. 400x300's in FEET, haha. Clocked the fastest one at 6:52! Average was around 7:30ish for the speed stuff, and 11 for the slow. That was fun! Was going to do more, but it started getting hot in a hurry.
