Legs feel fine after yesterday. So mad at myself for blowing through the water stop on a hot day yesterday when I knew I needed water (coach didn't want me to stop). Still pretty bummed about the race (at least the headache is gone and I don't feel like puking anymore). Anyway, stretching and foam rolling done. Got some new crazy workouts for next week
