    good 5.29 mi 00:43 08:07 pace

Dispite having really stiff legs (I've got to start stretching more!) I felt super strong and fast. I saw lots of 7 something mile paces as I was going along and this is probably the fastest I've e... read more

  7. RUN
    good 8 mi 01:10 08:47 pace

Much better pace than my 16 miler on Friday. I deliberately took the first mile slowly just to get my breath and get into a rhythm. I think I'm going to set off too quick for my marathon and run ou... read more

  9. RUN
    good 2.12 mi 00:17 08:05 pace

Was really hoping for a 7 minute something pace, ahh so close! Didn't feel any ill effects though despite having ran home yesterday as well. Yay!

  10. RUN
    good 5.1 mi 00:43 08:24 pace

Wasn't really looking forward to this, 5 miles seemed to stretch out ahead of me. But the time was good and I felt strong in the end

  11. RUN
    good 6 mi 00:50 08:20 pace

Phew this was tough on the old lungs, but my legs felt fab after a few days rest. Ran with the hubz for the first time in months. He beat be of course, by 6 minutes!

  12. RUN
    alright 5.11 mi 00:50 09:47 pace

Forgot my garmin so a bit of a guess with the time! It was a recovery run so the pace was extra slooow.

  13. RUN
    good 8.15 mi 01:09 08:29 pace

Oooh it's cold out. My sweat was freezing to my face! Legs felt good, but pretty tired like they need a bit of a rest. having a gentle exercise week this week so they'll thank me for that :)

  14. RUN
    alright 5.11 mi 00:43 08:29 pace

Recovery run after work. My garmin kind of buggered up a bit so can't be too sure of the time! Legs felt like hell as the always do with good old recovery runs.

  15. RUN
    alright 2.11 mi 00:17 08:02 pace

TIRED. my poor legs are dead. But I bombed it along and even caught sight of a 7:12 pace at one point! This was a good minute faster than the last time I ran the distance so it's all good.

  16. RUN
    good 13 mi 01:54 08:46 pace

My first halfer in 5 months, yay! Another sub 2 hours, hurrah. I've only ever ran 13 miles in over 2 hours once - that was in my actual half marathon race, when it really mattered!!

  17. RUN
    good 5.11 mi 00:43 08:20 pace

6 minutes quicker than the last time I ran 5 miles two weeks ago! Not bad ey

  18. RUN
    alright 2.11 mi 00:21 09:55 pace

Recovery run! Not had one of those for ages, forgot just how ruddy hard they are. Ran super super slow - heart & lungs thought it was a breeze, legs hated me!

  19. RUN
    good 9.13 mi 01:21 08:52 pace

My planned 7.5 mile run turned into a 9 miler as soon as I got down to gorgeous Richmond the runner's paradise. I can't stop myself when i get down there by the river, it's too lovely! Plus the wea... read more

  20. RUN
    alright 6.12 mi 00:52 08:31 pace

Phew, quite tiring this one. Shin splints felt pretty tender but I'm happy with the pace and distance. Ran a totally different route as well which was fun
