Happy to get back. The regular Somtane loop. Rode at the base intensity with a watch on the cadence range. Kept 90+ almost through out. Some base is lost with no riding. Ended up with an average HR of 152 which is the top end of my aerobic limit. Some work to be done.

One lesson learnt on this ride. Impromptu off-roading better be avoided during early mornings so that you won't forced to be privy to many things that should better be be privy to each. Horrible sightings.

Lol at the privy. Welcome back, Your Excellency. The mules are waiting to be ridden (that sounds dirty).

Vandit, should I reread your animal articles in this new light?

...also might want to add (for the folks still waiting for the fall) the privy situation and the quick escape execution over off road conditions _almost_ brought about the first clipless fall.

Almost? Oh snap. We need to start a pool on when you will fall. Everyone, pick a date. Closest one wins.

I am going with July 25.

BTW are'nt breaks suppose to induce recovery? They make you stronger and all, right?
