Very easy warm up and cool down then 5 X .40m hill repeats in 2:31, 2:28, 2:28, 2:30, 2:27 with 3min recovery jog between sets. Thanks to Kris and Jeff for putting on a great hill clinic!!! I will feel this in the morning!
