Steady out and back on the river path. It was cool and and dry. I set my target pace for 7:50, so I'm happy with how this run went. I might not get my swim workout in today. I've got to spend the a... read more

    Trainer 30.68 mi 01:45 17.5mph pace

Easy workout on the trainer. I mixed up my cadence quite a bit, but kept my HR pretty even in zones 2 and 3.

Jake - by indoor trainer I mean my Kurt Kinetic Road Machine. I set my bike up on it and it provides resistance on the rear wheel. So basically I turn my triathlon bike into a stationary bike.

  4. RUN
    7.86 mi 01:04 08:08 pace

Even though I got some rest yesterday and felt better, I decided to take it easy on my run again today. Saving it for my long run tomorrow seemed like a good idea. So that's what I did.

  5. RUN
    7.65 mi 01:00 07:52 pace

Tired. I had speedwork planned for my run this morning, but I could tell when I got out of bed that was a bad idea. No snap to be had today. So I bagged the speedwork and just took an easy run. It ... read more

  6. VELO
    30.17 mi 01:46 17.2mph pace

Just a moderate evening spin on the trainer. Again, I was slow to warm up, but I felt good once I got going. Kept my HR steady in zone 2 for the most part.

  7. RUN
    8.71 mi 01:05 07:29 pace

I was slow to warm up this morning after all the hill repeats yesterday, but once I did my legs felt pretty good. It was raining, but relatively warm so it wasn't too bad out there.

Swim after work. Not really feeling it in the pool tonight. I had a hard time focusing for my speedwork. I'm probably just stressed out.
