This was a training ride for next weekend's Tour of Sebring double metric + 32 miles on the third day. I dropped back from the peloton and stayed with three of my amigos that will also be doing Sebring. I'm glad I did! Average heart rate for the 67 kilometers was 118, much of that against a stiff wind from the southwest. Raising my bike saddle 1/2 inch is making all the difference in the world.
