After driving a rental truck well over 2000 miles, many of those miles through the Smoky Mountains of NC and TN, I'll rightfully label today's gym workout a recovery workout.
I believe my wife and I did something like 14 different resistance machines, give or take a machine or two. Felt good using muscles that aren't used when driving.
No Garmin stats, just a leisurely walk and weight machines.
