      Wich I could figure out what makes some runs feel easy, while others are like a$$-kicking ninjas that sneak up and roundhouse kick your run in the teeth!

    Took a week or 2 off to let some parts rest and heal. Today is official start of 1/2 training. Just a nice easy run that felt great. Talk miss me?
