    Hit 28.9mph on a sprint!! Did this same workout 2 weeks ago and my fastest sprint was 24.6!!

      Hey you're ahead of some Cat 1's I know on that front. I know a guy that was the state champ in crit and road race (Cat1), and if he got a flat he would just call his wife for a ride home.

      I did get it changed, patched the tire b/c it was pretty shredded, but pinched the tube apparently when I was putting it under the tire so it wouldn't inflate....oooops! :)

    Planned on 2:30, but a fix a flat bag that rubbed my inner thigh literally raw and bloody PLUS 17mph winds with gusts nearing 30 mph changed those plans. Kinda proud I even survived out there today!
