Low HR, Easy day: 0.5 mi. W.Up; 3.5 miles at 9:49 pace; 1.0 mi. W.D.; all 1% incline. Target HR 120-125; did the 3.5 mi. at 117-121. Could have run the thing at 9:39 pace, but really wanted to rest today. Hard workout tomorrow.
