My glute was REALLY hurting on this one, so much that I almost stopped. But, I kept going in the hopes it would work out. It felt better on the second mile. During the last mile, a smokin' hot guy passed me and I felt compelled to keep up with him ;). Tough run, but my lungs feel good now. Kind of like a car that blew the carbon out of the engine...
