My glute was REALLY hurting on this one, so much that I almost stopped. But, I kept going in the hopes it would work out. It felt better on the second mile. During the last mile, a smokin' hot guy passed me and I felt compelled to keep up with him ;). Tough run, but my lungs feel good now. Kind of like a car that blew the carbon out of the engine... Splits: 8:22, 7:49


Nice! Take it easy though...maybe a rest day tomorrow?

I think the sore glute was from the aerobics, but I promise I'll take it easy. I get a REALLY easy week next week as far as workouts go :).
