Started off with a nice, easy pace and only planned to do four miles since my glute is hurting me so much. However, the weather was surreal and the pace was easy. It was as if God pushed the pause button on the sky: no wind, no run, no sun, just stillness. The run actually loosened up my injured muscle, and the pace was so easy that I couldn't resist adding another mile. Quiet, still, peaceful... And now, I'm home and all my boys are still sleeping. Bliss.
