    21.5 mi 03:13 08:58 pace

realized that i somehow got two aheads on my training plan. that's why it seemed rather intense considering there are four months to go. i'm throwing in a step-back week next week to get back on tr... read more

it's all flat, really. i'm doing bridges during the week, but for the real long stuff, i'm still doing it along the river. i'll have to mix that up soon.

  7. RUN
    20 mi 02:59 08:56 pace

  8. RUN
    good 5.75 mi 00:49 08:31 pace

Supposed to be at comrades pace. Need to slow these runs even more. Real shit is about to begin. Next few weeks look brutal on the schedule. One at a time...

    18.5 mi 02:49 09:08 pace

went to three layers for a run that started at 16 degrees. wasn't bad at all. not trimming the beard for six weeks certainly didn't hurt. found an icicle on my right hip toward the end.
