RUN
21.5 mi 03:13 08:58 pace

That run is a bitch, though reasonably flat.

it's all flat, really. i'm doing bridges during the week, but for the real long stuff, i'm still doing it along the river. i'll have to mix that up soon.

Have you ever heard of BridgeRunners? http://nycbridgerunners.com/ I was thinking of joining one of their group runs to check it out.

I'll have to try that. I wanted as much uphill and downhill as possible, so I skipped the east river bit. Will add that on when the schedule calls for longer.

RUN
18.5 mi 02:49 09:08 pace
went to three layers for a run that started at 16 degrees. wasn't bad at all. not trimming the beard for six weeks certainly didn't hurt. found an icicle on my right hip toward the end.

Brian
Just wake up (or stay up) at 3am and run the town lake trails then. :)
