      running partners do keep you moving-but I know what you mean about being chatty...talking slows me down. probably because I'm not a pro yet, maybe when I'm more conditioned I can be chatty too :)

      Good run Bertram! I like both. When I´m running alone, I can concentrate on my body. I can find the right pace, breathing and so on. But running with a group or partner it´s also nice, because you can talk and get (or give) some motivation.
