RUN
good 5 mi 00:50 10:00 pace
Good 5mi. run on treadmill due to rain outside. Nice to actually finish my miles instead of coming up short like last two runs.

Had to cut this one short too, asthma was bothering me. Need to keep taking my Advair meds dammit.

RUN

Not good, slept in and ended up starting this run at 9:30am so was pretty hot by 11:00 and had to cut it short. Learned my lesson on this one

RUN
tired 10.35 mi 01:55 11:08 pace
I don't recommend doing a long run with a hangover. That was tough.

nice work Woltz. Is that the longest run so far? Have you been running with someone or on your own?

Yeah, 10.25 has been the longest. Aiming to go 10.5 or 11 this Sunday. Just running on my own at the moment. 20 weeks until Marathon, I'm still ahead of schedule for most training plans I've seen, as far as my long run and weekly mileage. So I'm trying to just maintain for now, maybe stretch my long run a half mile or so until training plan catches up in a few weeks.
