Cool and a little rainy but nothing too bad. While I'd like to be faster (who wouldn't), I'm pretty happy with the way I've been feeling during and after my runs. I've been using "The Stick" that I bought at the Rock 'n' Roll Expo and it has really been helping a lot. I was a little leary, but it turned out to be a good investment for me.

Awesome run Doug! The stick is a miracle worker. I use a roller massager similar to that and I love it. Haven't had shin splints or calf issues near like I used to. Glad it is working well for you and hope you keep getting in those great runs!
