I ran this 0.7 mile loop that has a pretty good climb and then a downhill on the other side. My calves and shins were pretty tight and somewhat painful even though I stopped a couple of times to stretch. I planned to go longer, but decided to cut it short. Maybe the hills weren't such a good idea.
