Yeah, it's been a while. Still a lot of feet issues this winter. I finally had x-rays and I have developed heel spurs on both feet and they're pretty painful. The doc told me to not run this winter and so I sat around and got fat. I did okay on the run and stretched a lot and feel decent today. We'll see how it goes. I hope you've been well!
