Missed my long run this weekend because we did some IKEA shopping and then spent all day Sunday building/organizing/cleaning. Sunday night I was seriously hurting - back and hips. Maybe a little too much of a workout? Ha! Anyway felt OK today so thought I'd try a shorter run around the neighborhood. Went well but man those hills are rough. Entire way is pretty much either up or downhill. :P

I have those same type of routes. I step out my door and either go up or down a hills. I can't escape them. Great 4 mile run!

Well I've built a lot of IKEA furniture over the years. I usually take a quick look thru the directions and then go VERY SLOWLY through them when putting everything together. I still have a bookshelf with one shelf backwards - haha...
