After my long run last weekend my ankle was really bothering me again so I decided to take it easy this week. My ankle was feeling really good after yoga on Tuesday but today it started feeling tight again. While on the bike tonight it started to hurt a little too. It's not really bad but I also don't want to ignore it and have it get worse and worse. Will see how it goes over the next few days. I have a 5K coming up but I don't have to go crazy preparing for that race.
