    Ran with some new girls to the group tonight. This was perfect since I have been feeling under the weather, we took it really easy and I felt so much better than I did yesterday

    Started feeling sick yesterday and today it progressively got worse and I now have no voice. Awesome!!! I thought sweating it out on the treadmill might make me feel better, it didn't.

    Did a 2 mile warm up then ran a 5k. Took it a bit easier, but was still lucky enough to get 2nd in my age group! Ran a 1 mile cool down
