    My fingers froze the first half of the ride, and my toes froze the second half, but it made me ride fast. I think this is near my personal best for this trip.

    This workout has you racing up from 70% MHR to 80% then recovering back to 70% and racing back up (with a few bouts of 85% thrown in for fun). Good workout and felt great.
