    2 slow recovery miles on the treadmill. Nice run and kept heart rate to <65% ... last run till the 10 K. First foot race(at least since highschool!). Let's see how it goes. 2 days off now!

    Last long run befor the 10K. Did 5 sets of 90 second race pace sprints. Legs are tight but responded to the call of duty. Another beautiful sunny day and perfect temps(aprox. 53) for running.

    Long and slow. Gorgeous afternoon for a run. Last Long run before the 10 K. I think that I finish anyway! Legs were a little tired for the last couple of miles.

    Gorgeous day. Felt Great & managed to keep heart rate to under 75% but it wasn't easy. One of the most difficult things for me is to back off when I feel good!

    Felt great to be back outside! My speed is not where it needs to be to do the 10K in under an hour but should be able to to get in in less than 1:10. Legs always feel stiff for the first 1-2 miles.

    Felt sluggish after a quick trip to Snowshoe yesterday(Cup Run was in great shape!). My glute is feelin a little better.

    Legs were heavy today and I think that I tweeked my glute. Ouch. Felt better after about 40 minutes.
