      Does "negative split" mean you increase your speed with each subsequent mile?

      @jolie- Yeah. Or if you run a faster 2nd half you get a negative split.

    Ran around our area with Ben! Beautiful night and mid 80s, which is low for this time of year, so we took advantage! Legs are still feeling a bit fatigued, so tomorrow I shall rest.
