I planned on running a little further today but I wanted to get back to see if Sonja needed any help with Grandma . I was thinking of how she use to ride in car so she could watch me on my long runs on highway 11 , she's been a HUGE inspiration to me and she'll definitely have a place in Heaven when her time comes . Solid week anyways with 3 double digit runs and I'm still 3 weeks out from taper so I'll start ramping it up a little . Going to run an 18 miler next week instead of 2 runs .
