    Just got my Vibram FiveFingers shoes. INCREDIBLE. Literally the best run of my life. No knee strain, and I actually starting speeding up my pace at the end. I should have bought them a LOng time ago

      So worth it. Make sure you ease into them. Running barefoot requires strengthening your arches with lighter runs first before going back to distance. The end result is definitely worth it though.
