    I enjoyed the 100 pushups challenge last year, but I got the H1N1 flu in October and fell off the wagon. I like doing 1 set per day of pushups. I came up with the idea on New Year's Day, and it is working very well for me.

    It is getting interesting. I've been close to fail point during my last few sets, but I think it's more of a mental barrier than a physical one. My arms aren't hurting - in face, they feel great.
