That's my first run in 10 days. The flu is over - but the weather? Beyond humid! I'll ramp up slowly over the next couple of weeks so that my half marathon on the 8th will be OK.

    Than ks - I have to take it easy as I ramp up the miles. At this point, I can maintain my fitness level before the half marathon. I'm glad I got that 14 miler in before the flu hit. At least I know I can do the distance - even on a bad day!
