TOTAL: 15. I'm spreading my pushup sets throughout the day as an experiment. Will I do more pushups than usual? Did 1 set of 15 before breakfast - then I realized I really needed something to eat. I'll update this entry throughout the day.

i think achieving muscle fatigue helps in building strength, so spreading it out may not be best. but i'm interested in hearing the results!
