      Well, I'm not running very much because of the recurring vog here, but I am doing much more dumbbell and bodyweight work indoors. When I can resume running, I will be a beast... :)

      Nice job with the sunrise run. Around my place, the sun rises around 7:30am and sets close to 4:30pm. Hard to see the sun through gray gloom anyway.

    After a week of voggy weather, it is finally clearing up here in Honolulu. I hope things will be OK for the folks who are in the marathon Sunday. I won't be running.
