Warmed up with 2 miles. And then ran the River Run Half Marathon in 1:54:04. I was hoping for 1:45, but the humidity really kicked my rear today. I had to slow way down during the second half. Oh well, in comparison to some of what I've been seeing on television about what happened 10 years ago today, not running well this morning is really pretty insignificant.

Humidity was tough out there today, nice job on the half. Good to see you, if ever so briefly, on the course, sorry we couldn't connect before hand but the buses took forever to get to the starting area.
