Tempo Tuesday 7.25 mi 01:02 08:36 pace

Starting to get some speed back. Ran a tempo today with 2 mile warm up, 3 miles @ 7:25 (actual splits were 7:23, 7:18, 7:07), 2 mile cool down. I don't know why, but I'm always intimidated by the tempo runs. Pumped to get this one done!

    Great run Bill. Just the way to knock it out. Tempo run is my favorite workout. Just cause it doesn't kill me. Always feel like I could go harder.

    Thank you all! @Michele H., that's funny, because the track doesn't intimidate me. I think because the distances are shorter and I know where I'll finish. That starts next week!
