First time doing some speed in a while. Ran 2 wu, 2 tempo miles, 3+ cd. The tempo miles came in at 7:22 and 7:08. Was shooting for 7:30 so I'm happy. But man were those REALLY, REALLY hard. I've got a long way to go.
