    Pretty easy run today, mostly junk miles, but a nice day to be outside. My next race is a month away and only a 10 miler, so I can do a few easy days for the time being.

    Ran 6 miles at race pace. Tied my right lace a bit too tight, didn't want to stop and redo it, so front of my ankle has a sore spot, but other than that feel great :)
