    Wind direction seems to have changed. Headwinds on the way out and tailwind coming back. That's the way I like it. :)

    Cadences 97 and 100 respectively for the two blocks with different gears resulting in almost the same power.

    The values are darn close to what I used to get with Stages! In retrospect may be the upgrade wasn't needed. :)

      @Deepsan: It is just that I always wanted to get a Quarq and there was always that doubt in my mind regarding the left only power(of stages) especially with my longer left leg. As it turned out it was all in my mind and the readings from the Quarq track almost the same(~1%) as those from the Stages when I compare similar workouts that I did this week. So, in the end I got what I always wanted and another soul(DP) got into power training. :)
