      Kona is my chocolate lab. She's the best fur "kid" we've ever had.
      I'm getting soooo frustrated with not being able to run and my legs constantly hurting. If one wasn't bad enough, the other one had to start with the sympathy pains. Sigh... oh well.

      I love coffee, but lately it's been really making my stomach hurt when I drink it, so I need to stop drinking it. I tried green tea, but it doesn't work as well. Sigh... I guess morning runs shall be my coffee now...at least until school is out and I don't have to wake up early. :)

    Great trail race. Trails were harder than I expected. Walked about 5 miles on the backside of the course, but didn't mind because the scenery was SO beautiful and I was in no hurry to finish!
