Team in training group workout day. Good ride, did the full tri route then the 8 mile variation. I felt pretty good for the first lap, a bit stiff and tired for the second loop. Flatted out close to the end when I hit a pot hole hard. Autopause is turned off on the garmin, so I had an interesting speed vs time graph for today.

TOok the trek to the shop after to have a tune up and a drive train overhaul. Its getting a bigger cassette and slightly smaller chainrings.
