    Predawn recovery run. Fresh snow, glitter like lakefront path. Dead legs. Just enjoyed the view and peace, never really sped up , but I was happy.

      Good run Declan! Was it on the TM? If you're still able to run these paces outside in this weather you are a beast!! What's up with the Bulls these days? They need a little bit of the fire in your belly after turning out runs like this.

      I can fall asleep within 5:42 pretty consistently. I wish I could run that fast thou. Great workout on the TM Declan. Next time don't forget your watch so you can take advantage of some weather while it's still nice out. I feel like any day we are gonna get buried.
