6 Miles following a 10-mile is not going to feel right. Ever. Even if you are running well. Besides, wasn't it quite Windy yesterday? Anyway, I have faith that you'll get more of the former soon.

Thanks, Mark. I'm actually running in Hawaii - so weather is pretty ideal always.
Still getting used to this higher mileage, running everyday thing. Last week I was able to knock out 30 miles in three days... but I'm learning that just because I can do it once doesn't mean I'll always be able to do it. Hooray for learning to listen to your body.

Good to hear. Active is good, but swimming and running don't make up for miles. You get faster at running by running. Don't lose that focus.
