good Neighborhood run with Quinn 1.88 mi 00:28 14:43 pace

Took a nice neighborhood run with Quinn this evening. We started out with a five minute warm up routine from Fix in Six. The run itself went pretty well. I tried focusing on commentary I picked up from my BFRS friends at Saturday's race. I think it helped.

I started out without the IT band strap on. I could feel my left IT band acting up first so I put it on that one after about half a mile. My right leg really didn't give me any problems at all which surprised me. Perhaps I'm making progress?

Quinn did pretty well too. He's been doing Fit in Six as well which I think helped. All in all it was a fun run.

    Fit in Six is a workout video/game on the PS3. I believe it's also available on the Wii and Xbox 360. There are a number of different workout routines to choose from. Some of them use the motion controllers to determine how accurately you're performing the routine.
