Kailua 25k. Super slow and sore first 3 miles, but then (as usual) I loosened up around mile 3.

I've realized that I was so focused on running to just feel okay, that I've gotten a little complacent. I definitely had energy in my tank when I finished this race (wasn't even breathing too hard), and I probably could have done a lot better. Time to start pushing myself beyond "at least I got out there" to running with a purpose again.
