  4. oh ya, def still injured from surf city. Calf soreness, and some tingling in my shin. With 6 weeks to LA, gonna take it slow and ice/Epsom when I get home. Any recommendations welcome btw!

      Hey Nancy! Actually made the mistake in running in shoes I stopped using years ago because they didn't fit right, just because I left my regular ones at home. Baaaad idea
