Finally. I ride my back could tolerate. I didn't feel pain. Took a short break midway, laid on a picnic table and the back felt fine. Slow pace, but at least I improved over 2 days ago. Do you have any idea how long I have waited for a ride like this...I know the mileage isn't much, but I have to be patient.
