      I don't have a lot of injury experience but my best guess is that this is a pulled hamstring. 2 days ago, 2.25 miles into a run. I couldn't continue, limping in pain. Never heard of traumeel but I'll look into it. Right now I'm healing nicely with ice and heat and hot tub soaking.
