Well, I'm still in pain but it's WAYYY better. Today was the first day I wanted to run faster and farther but I forced myself to chill out. I'm not going further than a mile until I have NO sense of pain. But I'm certainly suffering from the 10 minute workouts. I'm antsy and can't sleep. I suppose I could try other things. But I just wanna run.
