    Ran around Spring Lake in my hometown in Michigan, a perfect half marathon back to my parents' house. So green and lots of bridges - water! Good to be home.

      I think one of the mistakes i made marathon training was not running further than 20 miles prior to the race. I hear lots of people saying the last 6 (or in your case 10?) miles are the worst. That being said you are doing amazing. Have you tried any of the Vega sports drinks? I found the pre-performance drink really helped with hydration and electrolytes.

      Never tried the Vega stuff. I have a 23 and a 25 miler planned, but still, 6 more on race day? Nervous.
