I think one of the mistakes i made marathon training was not running further than 20 miles prior to the race. I hear lots of people saying the last 6 (or in your case 10?) miles are the worst. That being said you are doing amazing. Have you tried any of the Vega sports drinks? I found the pre-performance drink really helped with hydration and electrolytes.
